Shipping

Made-to-order items will be made at the time of order. Please keep in mind, I am a one-woman show! Depending on your order, it can take up to three weeks to complete.

Pick up in Store: If you are local, skip the shipping and spend an afternoon in Barrio Logan! I will let you know as soon as I have your order ready for pick up.

Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS priority shipping, fully insured, with a signature required.

    • If you may not be available to sign, we recommend making other arrangements, such as delivering to a work address or a neighbor who will be available to sign during the day.

    • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Cielo Nublado is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Track your packages or arrange to pick them up from your local post office.

Return and Exchange Policy

There are no returns or exchanges on made-to-order items or custom pieces.

If you need your item resized or altered, please note that there may be an additional fee.

You will be responsible for shipping and handling, or you can stop by the shop in person.
